SOBO 58 - Denver

SOBO 58 will be a 5 story, 58 unit condominium complex in South Broadway area of Denver, CO. Our NG Civil team was brought in to handle all the operations listed above. This project required careful planning for the tight city quarters. Equipment operation required an expert team that knows how to work seamlessly throughout a long day even with challenges like roads reopening at the end the day and accommodating other contractors in a tight space.
